Payment options other than those shown at checkout are not accepted. PAJAROFLAMA reserves the right to have small variations related to the appearance of the material, color, weight, measurement or manufacturing in our online store. All prices include Spanish VAT (21%).

2 - Shipping and delivery
MRW (within the peninsula and the Balearic Islands) or certified mail sends all shipments depending on the country in which you reside. PAJAROFLAMA will ship approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were received.

The estimated preparation time for shipping is 1/3 business days from the time you make the purchase until its delivery (within the peninsula).

3 - Payment

When you use a credit card, you pay immediately at checkout. All information related to your credit card is encrypted and protected and the data is never stored.

4 - Returns and exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange a product within 15 days of receiving the product, the product must be unused and retain all its labels. In case of return, the refund will be made in the same payment method.
If in any case, something has been manufactured for you that is not in our usual catalog, this garment cannot be exchanged or returned.
OUTLET garments cannot be exchanged or returned.

When returning or exchanging a product, you pay the cost of shipping to our facilities. We will pay for the new shipment if it is an exchange.

In the event of returning products - also where shipping was free, orders over 25 euros - due to a change of mind on your part, the full amount will be refunded less the shipping costs (3.90) of the original shipment.

If the order benefited from the promotion of the second t-shirt at 50% and when you returned the product due to a change of mind, you only kept one of the two, the amount that was discounted at 50% would be returned since the original order had paid the full price

If the purchase benefited from free shipping for exceeding €25 and, when returning part of the order due to the buyer's change of mind, the original purchase would not have obtained free shipping, the shipping costs (€3.90) will be deducted from the amount to be returned, since the original purchase would not have obtained free shipping.

The process of preparing the new sizes will begin upon receiving the originals and verifying that they are in good condition.

Our return policy:

Products must be intact and undamaged, with any labels or labels intact. c. Cancellations
We produce on demand. In the case of clothing, after 2 hours. Since you placed your order, we will not be able to cancel it because your garment will have been made for you.
